Ok, you might be wondering WHY are these cheap speakers listed at the top when we customize the most amazing higher end systems? Great question, now here comes the great answer. Our page is under construction and the first customer during the rebuild phase just asked about a pair of speakers like this, so we are kinda stuck with this being the first post.
Now onto our personal thoughts about speakers like this. We normally would NEVER sell speakers like this. They are a dime a dozen cheaply made novelty type speakers that are beneath our snubby noses, lol. Just kidding. But we do know a lot of those types of speakers are just not the quality we look for in a speaker. Don't get us wrong, sure they are worth the money for those that need a certain budget, love flashy things, like having a bunch of little features. Just don't expect anything other than entry level sound for home parties, backyard type dj's. Just that we would not be caught dead in a real dj gig with them. Really, we mean no disrespect, we just care too deeply about being very honest with people. We put our passion before money all day long.
So all day long you can walk into cell phone shops, flea markets and find these types of speakers everywhere cheap. Those are the ones we 100% stay away from. Now the only reason we chose these is because this Gemini DJ has been around since 1974 & are very reputable for an entry level pro audio manufacturer. These speakers are $349 each. Most shippers will try to ship cheap, but we hear way too many horror stories about broken speakers from shipping. So we insist that you have them sent freight shrink wrapped on a pallet, cost more. But it's the only way we are willing to see them unless you pay for $700 insurance and accept risk that it might show up damaged, then file claim. When claim is paid, you can purchase/replace again. We are also writing a blog on the BIGGEST LIE in the industry about wattage. Just like ALL the other speakers like this, EVERYONE brags about thousands of watts.
