rolling speaker bag by Gator Cases is made of a heavy duty (600 Denier)
nylon weave. What constitutes the classification of "Heavy Duty"? In
these days of not being able to see, feel and hold a product, many
advertisers don't explain product descriptions in a way that paint a
good picture of just what the customer is considering buying. We assume
that this may be one of those times. Please read on for a brief
explanation of a "Denier" and how it classifies this bag in the
"Denier" is a unit of weight for fabric (weight, in grams, of a single
strand that is 9000 meters long). Saying that this is a 600 denier
weight means nothing unless you know the weight relative to examples

here are some numbers that make sense of this: A 1000 denier nylon
canvas is a material that would be used for tactical gear. This means
military canvas that can be used and abused over and over again during
war, like hold-down cargo tarps. A 500 denier fabric is also used in the
military for items such as duffel bags (non-load bearing). This is
where this bag falls close to. With the 600 denier count, coupled with
10mm of foam walls integrated into the shell, this bag will take a great
deal of abuse while cushioning your speaker and spreading loads over a
attention paid to the density of the canvas, Gator Cases didn't cut
corners and skimp on the wheels, zippers or handle assembly. All of
these components are made of rigid ABS plastic and will last as long as

We have NO CONTROL over what your country charges you for duty/taxes/brokerage fees. This has nothing to do with our country.
The only way to get something to your country in less than the 10-21 business days is to ship it via UPS (we ship USPS
international). You must understand that UPS may be much faster, but
they also charge additional brokerage fees. You are responsible for all
ship cost both ways for any returns under any circumstances. We MUST
have this rule in place or we could not risk doing business outside the
country. PLEASE be fair.
PAYPAL SHIP ADDRESS:
You must have a confirmed ship address that matches your billing address. No exceptions. Paypal
has rules and we must abide by them and cannot be held responsible if
you do not have the proper ship address. If you are paying via credit
card thru paypal, call your credit card and add a ship address to it
before paying just in case the billing does not match the shipping.
WHAT IF YOU WANT TO RETURN SOMETHING FOR AN EXCHANGE?

cases where you can ship back a defective product and receive a
replacement. The replacement will be shipped regular ground. If you
were buying this for a certain function and need it expedited, you will
need to pay the ship charges to do this.

tolerance. EVERYTHING we sell is a bang for the buck. We will ALWAYS
give you your monies worth. Our record/reputation clearly shows that
where there may be one customer that claims a product is awful. There
are many others that think just the opposite. When dealing with a
company who truly cares about customers. It will NEVER be a question of
the quality, but rather simply a situation where you needed to spend
more money on something that is of the quality you seek. We truly do
post items at prices that are fair for their level of quality. We NEVER
want a customer to be unhappy. Yet we do hope that the consumer is at
least fair in dealing with us. If we cannot reach a solution to help
you. We will make case by case exceptions in allowing someone to return
a product for a partial refund. What does a partial refund mean? This
simply means that you will lose the money spent to ship the product to
you and the cost to ship it back to us.
